In this course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001:2015, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Designed for individuals new to quality management or those seeking to enhance their existing knowledge, the training covers the standard’s structure, key requirements, and the principles underpinning effective quality management. Through practical examples and interactive learning, attendees will explore the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, risk-based thinking, and the importance of continual improvement. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to contribute to the development and implementation of a robust quality management system within their organisation.
